🔍 Quality Assurance & Monitoring

• Inspect each stage of EPC execution:
  • Civil: MMS foundations, grouting, trenching
  • Electrical: Cabling, inverter mounting, termination, earthing
• Verify all work is as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications
• Ensure Site Engineers follow QA checklists and SOPs for daily tasks

📋 Documentation & Testing

• Maintain daily quality inspection reports, photo documentation, and stage approval logs
• Ensure electrical testing is conducted and documented: IR, continuity, polarity, voltage
• Prepare quality clearance notes for commissioning

⚠️ Issue Identification & Resolution

• Highlight workmanship issues, drawing mismatches, or material defects to Project Manager
• Coordinate with Contractor Team for rework or corrective action
• Guide Site Engineers on technical corrections required

🛑 Safety & Compliance Coordination

• Enforce site-level HSE practices in collaboration with the Safety Officer
• Ensure labor teams use PPE and follow trenching/electrical safety guidelines
• Report any safety violations or near misses to the Project Manager

📊 Reporting

• Submit daily inspection reports to the Project Manager
• Escalate unresolved issues or execution gaps to the Project Manager
• Track issue closure rate across all assigned sites

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• % of work stages cleared without rework
• Timely identification and closure of quality issues
• Site compliance with testing and documentation requirements
• Effective supervision of Site Engineers
• Safety checklist compliance at all stages
