We are looking for Business Development Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, CRM lead management, partnership development, and tender identification & filing. The BDE will work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth

• Identify and generate leads through farmer groups, industries, associations, and digital channels.
• Build partnerships with co-operatives, financial institutions, and local influencers to expand reach.

2. CRM Lead Management

• Manage and update the complete lead lifecycle in Zoho CRM.
• Ensure accurate data entry, follow-ups, and categorization of leads (hot, warm, cold).
• Share weekly pipeline and lead conversion reports with management.

3. Partnerships & Tie-ups

• Research and identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups (corporates, channel partners, banks, CA, developers).
• Assist in initiating MoUs and collaborations that drive consistent lead inflow.

4. Tender Identification & Filings

• Track relevant tenders (DISCOMs, SECI, MNRE, state energy departments).
• Download, review, and coordinate preparation of tender submissions.
• Maintain a tender calendar and ensure timely filings.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and subsidy updates.
• Share market insights with leadership to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly reports on leads, tie-ups, tenders, and overall BD activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support (renewable energy/infra sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
