📅 Project Planning & Kickoff

• Review LOI/LOA and finalize execution scope with Sales and Design teams
• Prepare project execution timeline and define milestones
• Coordinate execution plans with vendor/procurement team for material delivery and with Customer Support & After-Sales team for commissioning alignment

🏗️ Execution & Contractor Management

• Lead and oversee all on-site execution through QA/QC and Site Engineers
• Directly manage civil and electrical contractors, including deployment, productivity, and site-level coordination
• Ensure all activities follow approved technical drawings, BOQ, and work orders
• Resolve on-ground bottlenecks in labor, equipment, or access with support from QA/QC team

📋Approvals & Documentation

• Track CEIG, SLDC, net metering, and local DISCOM approvals through Liaison team
• Ensure proper filing of:
• Stage completion reports
• Test results (IR, continuity, performance)
• Commissioning and handover documents

✅ Quality & Safety Coordination

• Review and close out issues reported by QA/QC Engineers
• Ensure Site Engineers follow daily activity checklist and quality SOPs
• Enforce safety compliance through coordination with HSE Officer and QA/QC team

📊 Reporting

• Maintain weekly progress dashboards
• Review daily reports from QA/QC and escalate blockers (delays, contractor issues, HSE violations) to Head of Projects
• Ensure cross-department syncs to avoid delays in handover

• On-time delivery of key execution milestones
• Snag-free quality inspection at handover
• Effective contractor deployment and productivity
• Timely resolution of site-level escalations
• Accurate and actionable weekly project reports
